Arrival Story: I (regina) was volunteering to walk dogs at the BARC Shelter. I was just getting back from the walk and noticed a few people and BARC staff standing around this small dog who had just, that minute arrived. He came up to me and started licking me. I asked those around us where he came from and what his name was. When they said his name was Reggie- I knew it was meant to be. On top of that, he has the same birthday as my childhood dog Nolie!
