Wildcard: Wookie was miss identified at an OH shelter as a Cairn Terrier
Arrival Story: A rep from Col. Potter went to check out the “Cairn” at a high kill OH shelter. When she arrived, there was Wookie. Surely NOT a Cairn, but surely a wonderful boy. He had 4 hours to live. She took him home, and we offered to foster him. Well, that was in 2002 and we were NOT letting this boy go. He is a gem and we jokingly call him a designer breed, the best breed mix ever – a WHEATRIEVER!
